Had gel removed from nails. Wanted to give my nails a break. The technician had my fingernails dipped in acetone for a long time and then she shaved off the gel with the drill multiple times. She then cut my nails very short. This process made my nails soooo brittle that they keep chipping away on the nail bed, that they are now painful. Never again.
This is my go to place nail salon in Mtl Nord. Recently, I took my daughters and niece for manicures-pedicures for a special occasion. One of my daughters fainted during her appointment. The owner and staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They gave her water, cookies, cold towels and waited until she felt better to finish up her nails. Even with all that stress, we were very happy with the end results.
Expensive and lack of professionalism from some staff.I felt rushed and the woman doing my nails seemed very bothered to be serving me. Not happy with my nails either. She rushed so fast it shows!!!
Worst experience! The owner needs to learn some manners . I booked for nail removal. Once I showed up she told me we don’t take reservations for nail removals but SHE took it lol. And I was supposed to wait for “who knows how long” till someone is free to take me . And they were all chilling … Learn some manners and some professionalism. If I waste my time booking with you and coming to the saloon, at least be polite in your ways to talk. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
The staff is friendly and they give you exactly what you ask for :)
